Who is Marly Zell?

Shifting Gears Driving Schools Marly Zell is Vancouvers standard shift specialist with over 35 years driving experience. Building on 7 years previous teaching experience, Ms. Zell has independently served Vancouvers standard shift market since February 2010.

60 Minute Quick Shift Session

This time can be used to polish any of your basic standard-shift skills; starting and stopping the car smoothly, perfectly seamless gear shifts, flawless uphill starts without rollbacks, parking with panache, preparation for an ICBC road test, or your own specific stick-shift challenge!

Ser2

Smooth Clutch Special

The Smooth Clutch Special is for drivers with some standard-shift experience OR those only familiar driving automatic vehicles.

You start with the basics: starting and stopping the car safely and gently, flawless uphill starts, shifting from gear to gear smoothly, and perfect parking!

Once you feel clutch-confident with your left foot, you learn to steer properly and use your eyes effectively.

In time, you will be multi-tasking, leaving parking lots and quiet streets to tackle busier roads and a bridge or two!

**Included is a BONUS 30 minute final session for you or a friend or family member of your choice. Bonus not redeemable for cash.**

RoadTest StressBuster

We pick you up at any Vancouver address, you do a 1 hour warm-up (consider it a mock road test) arriving at ICBCs office 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ICBC road test.

Your Instructor will wait while you take the ICBC Examiner for a drive (45 minutes for a Class 7 Road Test OR 60 minutes for a Class 5 Road Test), then we drive back to your home/work/school.

NO extra charge for Vancouver addresses.

EXTRA traveling time/fuel surcharge outside Vancouver:

Burnaby=extra $10.00 + 12% HST per hour

North & West Vancouver=extra $15.00 + 12% HST per hour,

Richmond=extra $20.00 + 12% HST per hour.
